- (a) "Trade Show Licence" applies to "a licensed Chinese medicines trader possessing with a retailer licence in Chinese herbal medicines which can conduct the sale of Schedule 2 Chinese herbal medicines only at the premises as notified to the Medicines Board, and is subject to the control of relevent conditions".
- (b) External packing (also known as “secondary packaging”) is a manufacturing process involving the labelling, re-labelling, cartoning, recartoning or adding additional information (including inserts) to pCm which are already enclosed in the container in which they are to be sold or supplied.
