(a) "Trade Show Licence" applies to "a licensed Chinese medicines trader possessing with a retailer licence in Chinese herbal medicines which can conduct the sale of Schedule 2 Chinese herbal medicines only at the premises as notified to the Medicines Board, and is subject to the control of relevent conditions".
(b) "Dispensing" means the preparation and supply of processed herbal medicines on or in accordance with a prescription given by a Chinese medicine practitioner.
(c) S1- means Schedule 1 of the Chinese Medicine Ordinance, containing 31 toxic Chinese herbal medicines. S2- means Schedule 2 of the Chinese Medicine Ordinance, containing 574 commonly used Chinese herbal medicines.
