Registration of Chinese Medicine Practitioners

Under section 67 of the Chinese Medicine Ordinance, a person is qualified to apply to the Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board for registration as a registered Chinese medicine practitioner if : -

1.	he has passed the Licensing Examination; or
2.	he has become a listed Chinese medicine practitioner under the transitional arrangements for Chinese medicine practitioners and the Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board has determined that he is qualified to apply for registration as a registered Chinese medicine practitioner under the transitional arrangements.
